The Program

Class begins with the commencement retreat on May 8, 2025

Each student will undergo a psychometric assessment (Gallup: Strength Finders) to get a clear picture of their strengths and weaknesses.
Licensing included in class fee.

Students will receive two individual 1:1 coaching sessions based on their results to help them become the best version of themselves.
Included in program fee. -
Students will learn the Genius Spark system from Creator, Rex Miller, and complete their individual Genius Portrait.
License and exercise included in program fee.

Each student will gain a deeper understanding of how to operate within the confines of a team dynamic. Students will learn how to lead teams and be a high performing teammate.
Academy participants will create lifelong bonds through team building and experiential learning. -
Students will learn productivity tools, communication models, customized and executable routines and more that increase EQ, self-confidence, and perception.

Program participants will explore CRE best practices and utilization of AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

Students will learn from the best in the industry and hear real time case studies on how leaders are succeeding in their CRE organizations and beyond.
